
Here are the varies committee within the Parade Marshal organization.
Executive Board - Responsible
for the over all administration of the organization.
Operations Committee
- Also referred to as the "Torchlight Steering Committees".
This committee is responsible for the operational-side of putting the
Torchlight Parade down the street.
Membership and Training Committee
- This committee is tasked to interview and manage the training of new
members as well as providing on going training for the general membership.
Budget & Finance Committee
- This committee reviews and recommends the the Executive Board, budget
for each committee within the organization.
Long Range Strategic Planning
Committee - This group of marshals have the hardest, but probably
most rewarding opportunity for members. They develop and recommend to
the Executive Board a direction in which the organization should be taking.
Bylaws Review Committee
- They review the policies and procedures of the parade marshals and make
sure that everything is in line with the parade marshals' bylaws.
Nominations Committee
- This is the only independent committee with in the parade marshals organization.
They recommend to the membership the new slate of officers each year.
